Former English teacher joins Allen Associates
Our busy temps team has expanded with the appointment of a former English secondary school teacher to support our temporary candidates in their job search and throughout their assignments.
Maisie Siret (pictured top right) has joined us as a resourcer, meeting and registering our temps, managing their payroll and supporting our consultants and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Commenting on her appointment, Maisie said: “I loved working as a teacher but I had reached the point where I wanted to pursue other areas of interest and so I decided to embark on a career in recruitment.
“I was drawn to Allen Associates’ friendly team, the professionalism and the people-focused values. The humour, personality and intelligence of everyone here is palpable! There’s a real sense of team work and collaboration, in which we are all working together to achieve shared goals. It makes all of us put in the extra effort, to build those team bonds and to ensure our success in what we do.
“I love speaking to people from all sorts of backgrounds. It’s a joy for me to meet so many candidates and get to know them, person to person, then to help them with any work-related challenges they have.”

Outside of work, Maisie enjoys crafting, writing and dancing. She also loves to travel and has visited Ethiopia, Jordan, Cuba, Ecuador, Peru and Columbia, to name a few!
