We're delighted to welcome Surendra Phatak, GenAI Lead within PwC's Workforce Transformation offering in the UK, as our next HR Hub speaker.
Surendra is passionate about the impact emerging technologies have on organisations and the workforce. Over the past decade, he has helped businesses understand and manage technological change to get the most from their investments.
In this HR Hub, Surendra will explore Agentic AI - what it is, why it matters and how HR and recruitment professionals can prepare. Drawing on his work with HR teams across the UK, he will examine the multidimensional impact of GenAI on workforce shape, size, skills and culture and the opportunities this presents for HR leaders.
