Joanne marks anniversary with promotion to lead consultant
Joanne Scholes is celebrating her second anniversary at Allen Associates with a promotion that will enable all our clients and candidates to benefit from her considerable HR and recruitment experience and expertise.
Joe, who has spent the last 17 years working agency-side in HR recruitment as well as within HR teams as an in-house recruiter, has been promoted to Lead Consultant.
In her new role, Joe will oversee all our HR vacancies, working closely with our consultants to help identify and secure the very best HR candidates and to provide market knowledge, recruitment advice and guidance as required.
Joe will also continue to work closely with our senior management team and with clients across the business support functions we recruit for, including PA and Administration, Marketing, HR and Finance.

Joe is an Associate CIPD Member having completed the CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Practice.
