New recruit for Allen Associates’ growing permanent division

Jade joins us from a large life sciences organisation where she helped to build an early talent and internship framework and network for their UK & Ireland division. Prior to that, Jade carried out similar roles in the construction and civil engineering sectors.

With a first class English Literature and Language degree, Jade is a natural communicator with a fascination for people.

Commenting on her appointment, Jade said: “I am thrilled to have joined Allen Associates as a consultant. During the pandemic, I registered with the agency as a candidate, and was super impressed by the calibre of support I received in such an uncertain jobs market. Allen Associates stood out miles above any other recruiters I had spoken to at the time, and I remember thinking, I want to work there!”

Jade will be working closely with our clients to find the best people for permanent roles in PA and Administration, HR, Marketing and Finance in Oxford and across Oxfordshire. She will also be interviewing and registering new candidates daily and getting to understand their ambitions, so that she can identify the best fit for the opportunities available.

Outside of work, Jade has ambitions to become a TED talker, is a keen cook, enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends.
