AI to benefit HR processes and recruitment - the results of our HR Hub poll in November 2023
Nearly two-thirds of the HR professionals polled for Allen Associates HR Hub on generative AI and the future of work, said they had used ChatGPT and believed their HR processes and recruitment could benefit from the technology.
Their feedback on these and other questions helped fuel a hugely informative and insightful presentation by Ria Davey, Global Head of HR and Talent for Engineering at Bloomberg LP.
