Managers not equipped to have careers conversations: The results of our HR Hub poll in July 2024
The majority (82%) of managers are not equipped to have good careers conversations according to a poll of Oxfordshire employers and their HR teams.
The poll helped to inform a presentation on career pathways and competency frameworks led by Jo Taylor and Craig Howells from Let’s Talk Talent.
