Former candidate turned client joins Allen Associates

Portia is no stranger to Allen Associates, having been a candidate as well as a client in her previous recruitment roles and most recently, as internal Talent Acquisition Manager.

Commenting on her appointment, Portia said: “I was so excited to have the opportunity to join Allen Associates as it’s an agency I have always admired. They have been such a positive influence throughout my career, firstly placing me in various fantastic roles as their candidate and then more recently, through their interactions with me as a client. Outside of work, Portia enjoys exercising and has recently started weight training, alongside her busy job of looking after two active daughters and an energetic dog.
