Case Administrator Responsibilities

As a Case Administrator you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding and pre-engagement of the company's client insolvency cases, ensuring clients are onboarded correctly, checks are accurately carried out and reports, documents and statutory documentation are prepared to a high standard.

If you love data entry, are a stickler for accuracy and thrive on a high and varied workload this could be the perfect role for you. The role will also involve other adhoc administrative tasks such as, scheduling of diaries and prioritisation

Case Administrator Experience

Our client is looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Great time management skills.
  • A confident adaptable communicator via email and telephone.

You must also have demonstrable experience working in a busy and complex admin role that requires exceptional attention to detail, involving organising, prioritising completing high volumes of work within a timely manner. 

The company are particularly interested in candidates that have a law degree, have worked in a legal, insolvency or case administrator role or those that have experience within a finance admin role handling balance sheets or roles of an auditing nature.

Location

OX44

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday during the core hours of 8am - 4pm or 4:30pm. 

Please note you must have access to a car and be able to drive as the office is located in a remote location and does not have any transport links close by, and does not have footpath access from the road.

This is a fully office based role during the initial onboarding period of 2 months, however there is the opportunity to work 1-2 days from home once the initial training period is complete.

There are 3 stages of interview:

  • An initial, informal TEAMs chat with the line Manager.
  • A face-to-face panel interview
  • A coffee chat and opportunity to meet the wide team.

There will be no tests involve during the interview process.

The probation period consists of 6 months.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment vetting checks and must have the right to work in the UK.
