Temporary Team Administrator (IT Department) Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Coordinating IT onboarding for new employees to ensure seamless setup and access.
  • Maintaining accurate records of IT assets and equipment allocations.
  • Managing the issue, collection, and return of IT equipment, including damaged devices.
  • Monitoring equipment warranties and arranging repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Organising onsite IT support when required.
  • Raising purchase orders for new IT equipment to support procurement processes.
  • Ensuring employees have the correct building fob and door access.

Temporary Team Administrator (IT Department) Rewards

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm), with consideration for candidates seeking a four-day week.
  • This is a fully office-based role with parking available on site.
