Finance & Payroll Coordinator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and promptness to support the Union's financial health.
- Assisting with payroll processes, including data entry and administration tasks to guarantee timely salary payments.
- Administering financial documentation and maintaining accurate records to support internal and external audits.
- Reconciling accounts and processing expenses, aligned with organisational policies.
- Providing support during financial reporting periods to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Collaborating with team members to improve financial procedures and increase efficiency.

Finance & Payroll Coordinator Experience Essentials
- Previous experience in finance, payroll, or administration is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic finance software or spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take the initiative.

Location
While there is no on-site parking available, the organisation offers excellent public transport links. The role offers a hybrid model, with some in-office attendance during the initial training period. Post-training, you will be able to work primarily remotely, subject to organisational requirements.
