Our client is seeking a self-motivated and proactive Temporary HR Data Administrator to join a small and dedicated HR team in a fast-paced environment on a short-term basis.

This is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary HR Data Administrator Responsibilities:
- Entering data onto the HR system accurately
- Checking the data for discrepancies and amending as needing
- Chasing up information from internal and external sources
- Ensure that all archiving is kept up to date in relation to all recruitment and staff files
- Undertaking any other duties of a similar nature as required.

Temporary HR Data Administrator Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, gained in a data driven role
- Enhanced DBS via the update service
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good understanding of GDPR and Data Protection
- Ability to pay attention to detail and be accurate
- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own workload
