As the Temporary Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator, you will ensure efficient co-ordination across the entire recruitment lifecycle, as they enter a busy phase of recruitment!
Starting ASAP, this full-time role (37.5 hours per week) role will be ongoing for around 3-6 months, with potential to go on longer term as well. Once trained, there may be the opportunity to work on a hybrid model basis.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support and drive process efficiency for the full recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain up-to-date adverts on an intranet site, careers pages and external job boards.
- Manage the team inbox and answer calls, serving as the first point of contact for the team
- Manage the company review platforms, providing personalised responses
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, maintaining and updating records
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate records and trackers
- Support the implementation and act as a super user for TA tools and systems
- Provide administrative support for TA strategic projects as required

Temporary Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator Requirements
- Proven experience of supporting a busy HR or TA team in an administrative capacity
- Computer literate, with good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience of applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be desirable
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Helpful, approachable and customer service orientated
- A collaborator, who can communicate effectively with both internal and external teams
- A problem solver, who can work with minimal supervision
