The client is seeking a proven HR or Talent Administrator, with experience gained in a fast-paced, commercial setting.

Temporary Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing and scheduling a high volume of interviews with candidates to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Greeting candidates upon arrival for interviews and performing right to work checks 
  • Assisting with diary management for senior leaders 
  • Supporting the talent team with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
  • Coordinating interview logistics across multiple time zones as required
  • Maintaining accurate records in HRIS (Workable), Outlook, and internal databases
  • Providing excellent candidate care and communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations

Temporary Recruitment Administrator Rewards

  • 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30 with a one-hour unpaid lunch break

Temporary Recruitment Administrator Experience Essentials

  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent administration within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and MS Teams
  • Experience using Workable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations relating to UK recruitment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • An approachable, collaborative attitude with a problem-solving mindset

Based on-site in East Oxford, there is parking available.
