Are you an experienced HR professional confident managing your own workload and solving operational challenges? This is an excellent opportunity providing comprehensive HR support in a varied, autonomous role.

Temporary HR Generalist Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing payroll inputs and contract amendments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Administering cascade updates and managing internal communications.
  • Handling sickness and family leave casework efficiently.
  • Processing occupational health referrals and managing DBS and right-to-work documentation.
  • Overseeing the HR inbox and resolving operational HR issues promptly.
  • Setting priorities independently and working from established notes and records.
  • Providing operational HR support in a busy, changing environment.

Temporary HR Generalist Rewards

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Immediate start
  • Parking on site with good access via public transport.

Temporary HR Generalist Experience Essentials

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Knowledge of payroll, employee record systems, and HR policies.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident in handling HR casework such as sickness, leave, and occupational health referrals.
  • Familiarity with DBS and right-to-work administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise workload.
