In this fast-paced and creative environment, you will be instrumental in overseeing key project deliverables, managing operational workflows, and providing high-level administrative and line management support.
You'll act as a central point of contact, helping to ensure deadlines are met, brand integrity is protected, and IP processes are executed with precision.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Assistant IP Manager Responsibilities
- Leading the coordination of multiple high-volume global projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are managed effectively
- Supporting and overseeing administrative staff, delegating tasks, monitoring outputs, and contributing to team performance
- Raising requisitions, tracking purchase orders, and invoice management
- Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, team members, and external partners, confidently handling communications, queries, and follow-ups
- Taking ownership of deadlines, ensuring critical milestones are tracked, monitored, and met across multiple workstreams
- Overseeing the administration and compliance of digital platforms (including websites, social media channels, and brand presence)
- Supporting IP-related processes such as trademark, domain, and social media infringement tracking and reporting
- Maintaining high standards of documentation, reporting, and quality assurance throughout all project stages

Temporary Assistant IP Manager Requirements
You will be a confident, detail-focused professional who thrives on structure, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be ready to step into a senior support role and take ownership of key operational areas.
To succeed, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative, office management, or project coordination role (experience in an IP, brand, or compliance setting is desirable)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands with accuracy and confidence
- Strong communication skills and experience liaising with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and team members
- Working knowledge of Trello or similar project management software
- A proactive mindset and the ability to oversee operational processes end-to-end
