Are you an experienced Administrator who can hit the ground running? Are you looking for a part-time job, working three full weekdays?

We are searching for a temporary candidate with experience gained in a medical setting, assisting with a range of clerical tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Please note that this role requires an enhanced DBS check - please only apply if you are content with this.

This is a part-time temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Administrator (Part-time) Responsibilities

  • Ensuring data is presented in the correct format
  • Checking files for copies of documents
  • Inputting information
  • Copying and pasting data
  • Contacting people to chase missing paperwork
  • Running through a checklist to ensure all information is accurate

  • Administration skills gained in a commercial setting, ideally with medical sector exposure
  • Ability to liaise professionally and effectively with a range of contacts
  • Competent with MS Office, including strong Excel skills
  • Able to work with tact and discretion and handle sensitive data
  • Ability to maintain focus at all times

Our client is based in OX2.  Unfortunately, there is no parking available, but there are good public transport links that run close by.
