Business Support Coordinator (Temp to Perm)
This is a temp to perm contract as a Business Support Coordinator, starting ASAP, and assisting Business Development colleagues, with the execution and completion of various projects within the organisation. You will work closely with management consultants, finance colleagues, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that there is effective communication and collaboration across teams located all around the world.
Business Support Coordinator Responsibilities
This Business Support Coordinator role will be busy and varied and no two weeks will be the same, and will include but not be limited to:
- Working with and supporting the organisation across multiple UK and European offices;
- Research and document preparation for stakeholder meetings
- Managing and maintaining shared documents
- Administration and tracking of compliance
- Assisting project managers with guidance, administration and budgeting; and progress tracking for monthly status updates
- Marketing material updates, engagement monitoring and event organisation and support, for in-person workshops and conferences and for online webinars and presentations
- General business administration including finance administration and CRM management
Business Support Coordinator Rewards

Business Coordinator Experience
To be successful in this Business Support Coordinator role, you will have previous experience in a business administration/ office support role and will be able to work at pace, supporting the organisation across multiple offices. You must have previous experience in a similar role, to be able to hit the ground running. It is essential that you have worked in the private sector/ consultancy environment and/or professional services sector and be used to changing priorities and working collaboratively. You will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be organised and good at time management and relationship building with a proven track record of success in a varied administrative role where you will have support across finance administration, HR administration, facilities, logistics and general office coordination. You will be experienced at working on client platforms and content delivery systems (e.g. editing websites, uploading materials, monitoring of file download and other activity) and you must be methodical, proactive and able to take the initiative in managing your workload and supporting the organisation.
Location
This role offers hybrid working, and once you have successfully settled into the role, you can then work from home 3 days per week. This role is based in Central Oxford.
This role is full-time, and will start on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent and you will need to be able to start working immediately. Due to the urgency to fill the role, we cannot consider any applicants with a long notice period and so you must be able to start immediately to apply.
You must have the full right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available for this position.
There is no onsite car parking available however the office is centrally located close to Oxford train station, various bus routes and park and ride.
