This is a newly created role within a consultancy professional services business, to support an Executive/ Partner who, due to workload, needs their own PA. 

Personal Assistant Responsibilities

As the Personal Assistant, some of your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel bookings and itineraries
  • Email inbox management for self and Executive
  • Acting as the key liaison with senior stakeholders and clients and representing the business with confidence and professionalism 
  • Preparing meeting agendas and logistics, attending meetings, taking notes, and tracking follow-up actions
  • Managing expenses, purchase orders and approvals with accuracy and efficiency
  • Drafting correspondence and preparing presentations
  • Handling sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Adapting to changing priorities and supporting the wider team as needed

Personal Assistant Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience as a PA or EA at senior level, ideally within the professional services sector.

A dynamic, proactive mindset with a passion for organisation and problem-solving, will be essential. You must possess exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - and have a confident, client-facing approach.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are required. Impeccable attention to detail and a flair for producing polished, professional documents will be essential. This role will suit someone with a calm, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Discretion, trustworthiness, and emotional intelligence are needed.

You will need to be a vibrant and confident individual with a polished presentation as you will be liaisng with clients and representing the company. You will be experienced working in confidential / sensitive / high profile environments. You will be a strong communicator who is comfortable liaising directly with clients and working heavily with them.

Experience within F1 / automotive / pharma / science, is highly desirable. 

You must have the ability and interest in attending meetings in other offices as required such as London, and Birmingham and an interest in spending some of your time client facing.

Location

Our client is based in West Oxfordshire. This is a fully office based role.
