Temporary Office Administrator Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Head of Department in all administrative endeavours
  • Managing day-to-day logistics and facilities administration
  • Booking meeting rooms, arranging visitor access, and car parking spaces
  • Arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Supporting processes, databases, and filing systems
  • On and offboarding team members
  • Diary management

Temporary Office Administrator Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Used to high volumes of work and a fast-paced environment
  • Versatile, with the ability to react to changes positively, and to work under pressure
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills with great time management
  • A confident problem-solver who takes a proactive approach and knows when to seek advice and ask for help
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the business and create strong working relationships
  • Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Office

Location

This role is based in an office near Cowley, Oxford (OX4). Free parking is available on site, and buses from Central Oxford also stop nearby.
