Are you an experienced and highly organised Administrator looking for an exciting temporary challenge?

We have registered a fantastic opportunity to work for a wonderful local charity, whilst they source a permanent replacement.

An integral role within the organisation, you will be responsible for providing high quality and confidential administrative support to the team.

A busy and fast-paced role; you will be collaborating across the business as well as working autonomously in a supportive and friendly environment.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start at short notice, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Administrator Responsibilities

  • Managing and prioritizing several email inboxes
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Preparing board packs and documents
  • Entering data accurately
  • Answering the telephone

  • Dedicated administrative skills gained within a complex and fast paced setting
  • Previous experience booking meetings and writing action points
  • Exceptional communication, organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships quickly
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong MS Office skills

Location

Our client is located in Oxford (OX4). There is onsite parking
