Temporary Receptionist

Working full time for a few weeks, this booking will be critical in ensuring the reception area continues to run smoothly.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Answering the mainline and redirecting as required
  • Email management
  • Meeting and greeting guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
  • General administration duties
  • Maintaining the front office and ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy
  • Managing and booking meeting rooms

Temporary Receptionist Requirements

  • Previous reception and administration skills, gained in a commercial setting
  • Enthusiastic and willing to be flexible
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment
  • Competent with MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our client is based in OX29.  There is free parking available on site.
