This is a varied administrative role responsible for database management, logistical coordination and planning, managing stock levels and communicating with various stakeholders internally and externally.

Supply Chain Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team on a permanent basis, supporting a global company within their UK Supply Chain department. This is a varied administrative role responsible for database management, logistical coordination and planning, managing stock levels and communicating with various stakeholders internally and externally.

Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Generate purchase orders for equipment, materials, and services.
  • Create purchase orders for stock, including finished goods and parts, at the UK warehouse.
  • Organise and manage the hire of equipment for site projects.
  • Process indirect purchase orders, such as for PPE, EH&S needs, and stationery.
  • Plan and coordinate inbound transportation and arrange outbound local transportation.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with supply chain reporting.
  • Oversee and maintain stock levels for various product categories.
  • Serve as a backup for the Supply Chain country lead.

Our client is a global supplier providing design, project management, supply chain services.

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday.

Location

This is a hybrid-working role based in Abingdon, with free onsite parking available.
