Executive Assistant to Senior Director Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Providing comprehensive diary management
- Managing evolving priorities effectively
- Managing a busy inbox, acting as a gatekeeper and responding where necessary
- Anticipating the needs of the Senior Director
- Coordinating complex international travel plans and detailed itineraries
- Organising meetings and company events

Extensive experience managing complex diaries and international travel is essential, along with a strong client-focused mindset. You will be confident operating in a standalone capacity while building a seamless, collaborative partnership with your Director.
Executive Assistant Location
This role is offered on a hybrid basis and will require some working from London once a month.
This is a full time, permanent position.
