An exciting opportunity has become available for a strong and collaborative administrator, with a can-do attitude, and excellent communication and organisation skills. This full-time role is offered on a hybrid-basis with 3 - 4 days onsite and 1 - 2 days working remotely.

Development Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Undertaking general administrative duties including travel arrangements, meetings, documents, correspondence.
  • Maintaining the database
  • Assisting with event management
  • Administering financial matters including donor gifts, producing reports, and liaising with other departments
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with academic and divisional staff
  • Managing the donor reporting schedule

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in a busy office environment, proficiency in managing administrative systems and databases, and a good understanding of the education sector. Key skills include database management, data entry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work collaboratively.
